SR home-care is your one stop shop for home maintenance. We have developed a comprehensive maintenance plan that has been crafted from research into mechanical/electrical systems, appliances, utilities, consumer agencies safety guidelines, and more. Each SR Home-Care package is tailored specifically for your home to sustainably control your home's condition, efficiency and cost. It combines the efforts of specialty contractors, inspectors, and handymen into a single powerful service, conveniently executed in quarterly appointments.

How does SR Home-Care work?
First, we will come to your home and perform a thorough home maintenance assessment. This will include data collections of your home's equipment and components as well as a general measurement of your homes condition. Once the maintenance assessment is complete a custom crafted maintenance plan will be prepared for your home delivered by our professionals in quarterly appointments. We will do on one trip what would normally require multiple contractors. That’s smart…and efficient. We will also create a database of your entire home and all its separate components so if something does go awry we can often troubleshoot and arrange repairs without the need to find the right contractor and be involved in time consuming and expensive fact-finding trips. You will get better, faster service for less!
In addition, you will receive your own personal SR Home-Care Book. This is a chronological history of all the maintenance performed and every repair and enhancement made to your home. This document will certainly enhance the value of your home if you ever do decide to sell.
You will also take delivery of your own tailored SR Home-Care Kit. The kit will include filters, light bulbs, and other consumable items needed to maintain your home. The kit is available for you to use between visits or by Savannah Renovations technicians as needed. We will inventory and restock your kit during each visit to your home.

What does the SR Home-Care service cost?
Generally, it is advised to allocate 1 to 3 percent of your home’s value for annual maintenance of your home. Coldwell Banker Real Estate recommends 1.5% to 4% and The American Society of Home Inspectors advises .75% to 3% depending on the age of your home. SR Home-Care is only a fraction of these estimates. However, since each home is unique in size and complexity, each home will have its own particular maintenance needs, but our basic home maintenance packages start at about $1,200 per year.
Is SR Home-Care a home warranty service?
No. SR Home-Care is not a warranty or insurance program. Even with regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing, all home systems and components will fail at some point. SR Home-Care is a comprehensive home maintenance program designed around preventative maintenance services; As well as proactively identifying and creating repair/replacement plans.
